摘要反应性增容由于技术上和经济上的优势,在高分子材料的研究开发方面占有重要地位。研究反应性增容剂的分子结构与增容效率的关系是这一研究领域的重要课题。本文运用“Grafting through”法合成了三种环氧基团位置不同的反应性梳形聚合物(主链含环氧基团的梳形聚合物(Comb a)、侧链含环氧基团的梳形聚合物(Comb b)和主侧链均含环氧基团的梳形聚合物(Comb c))。并希望其成为一类通用高效的增容剂。76630
本文主要围绕三种反应性梳形聚合物的合成和结构表征两个方面来展开研究,主要研究内容及结论如下:
(1)三种反应性梳形聚合物的合成:本文首先以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为单体,通过链转移剂巯基乙醇(MCH)与引发剂4,4’-偶氮(4-氰基戊醇)(ACPO)进行自由基调聚反应合成分子量可控的端羟基聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯无规共聚物(P(MMA-co-GMA)-OH);再与甲基丙烯酰氯,在三乙胺催化下进行酯化反应,合成高官能化的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯无规共聚物的大分子单体(MMA-co-GMA Macromer;最后采用“Grafting through”法,将MMA、GMA、甲基丙烯酸甲酯大分子单体(MMA Macromer)和MMA-co-GMA Macromer等单体进行自由基共聚,合成了三种环氧基团位置不同的反应性梳形聚合物,即主链含环氧基团的梳形聚合物(Comb a)、侧链含环氧基团的梳形聚合物(Comb b)和主侧链均含环氧基团的梳形聚合物(Comb c)。
(2)三种反应性梳形聚合物的结构表征:采用GPC、FTIR、1H NMR等表征方法对合成的三种反应性梳形聚合物的组成和分子结构等进行了表征。结果表明,成功地制备了三种环氧基团位置不同的梳形聚合物。
Reactive blending is one of the most economic and efficient ways to develop novel polymeric materials with improved properties。 At present, the relationship between the molecular architectures of the compatibilizers and their compatibilizing efficiencies is a very important issue in this field。
Herein, three kinds of reactive comb polymers with different locations of epoxy groups, such as in the backbone (Comb a), the side chain (Comb b) and the backbone and the side chain both (Comb c) were synthesized by the "Grafting through" method。 It will be a kind of general compatibilizers, which could be applied in polymer blending。 This study mainly focused on the synthesis and structure analysis。 The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:
(1) Synthesis of three kinds of reactive comb polymers。 Firstly, the hydroxyl-terminated poly(methyl methacrylate-co-glycidyl methacrylate) random copolymers (P(MMA-co-GMA)-OH) were synthesized by free radical polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and glycidyl methacrylate (GMA), with mercaptoethanol (MCH) as the chain transfer agent and 4,4’-azo (4-cyano amylalcohol (ACPO) as the initiator。 Then, MMA-co-GMA macromer was obtained by the esterification between (P(MMA-co-GMA)-OH) and methacryloyl chloride under the catalysis of triethylamine。 Finally, by copolymerizing MMA macromer or MMA-co-GMA macromer with MMA and GMA, three kinds of reactive comb polymers with different locations of the epoxide groups were obtained; they were as follows, the backbone containing epoxy groups (Comb a), the side chain (Comb b) and the backbone and the side chain both (Comb c)。
(2) Molecular Structure characterization of three kinds of reactive comb polymers。 The GPC, FTIR and 1H NMR were applied to characterize the molecular structures and compositions of the three kinds of reactive comb polymers。 These above results showed that we successfully prepared three kinds of reactive comb polymers with different locations of the epoxy groups。 反应性梳形聚合物的分子设计与合成:http://www.youerw.com/huaxue/lunwen_87926.html
