摘要含能活性材料药型罩技术是当前高效毁伤领域的热点研究方向之一。与以前常用的铜制药型罩这种聚能装药有所差异,含能活性材料药型罩聚能装药是通过射流侵彻和含能活性材料内爆化学能释放联合作用,从而实现对目标的高效毁伤。76675
本文采取理论分析、数值模拟并结合试验的方式,对含能活性材料药型罩聚能装药的毁伤效应问题进行了研究。以钢靶为目标,建立了射流侵彻和毁伤效应分析模型;使用LS-DYNA有限元分析软件进行数值模拟仿真,获得含能活性材料药型罩的锥角、壁厚、炸高对毁伤效应的影响特性;通过试验获得了含能活性材料药型罩对钢靶的毁伤效果数据,优化了含能活性材料药型罩的结构参数。论文研究成果对含能活性材料药型罩的聚能装药设计及威力评估有一定参考价值。

Title Application and study of energetic and active material in the field of arms and ammunition
Abstract Energetic and active material liners technology is currently one of the hot research direction in the field of high efficient mutilate。 The effective damage to the target is due to the joint action of the jet penetrate damage and the releasing of active material’s chemical energy implosion by energetic and active material shaped charge, which is different from the commonly used shaped charge made by copper。
In this paper, there is a study about the damage effect problem of energetic and active material liners shaped charge by the method of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and test。 According to the steel target, the analysis model of jet penetration and damage effect is established。 And the influences of cone angle and thickness of energetic and active material liners, blasting height on the damage effects is obtained by LS - DYNA numerical simulation。 The damage effect data of energetic and active material liners to steel target is also obtained by experiment。 Basing on the data, structural parameters of energetic and active material liners is optimized。 This paper would be a helpful reference to the design of shaped charge and the evaluation of the power of the energetic and active material liners。
