摘要细菌纤维素晶须(BCW)是细菌纤维素(BC)的衍生物,具有高结晶度、高聚合度、高持水量、高拉伸强度和生物相容性等优点,可作为功能填料用于补强高分子材料。本文采用硫酸水解法制备出长径比为80,结晶度指数93。3%的BCW,并选用丁苯橡胶(SBR)、羧基丁腈橡胶(XNBR)和天然橡胶(NR)作为基体,采用蒸发法制备BCW/橡胶复合材料薄膜,探究了胶种对BCW/橡胶复合材料薄膜水溶胀性能、水刺激-力响应性能、降解等性能的影响。结果表明:SBR复合膜的平衡溶胀率高达70%,远高于XNBR和NR复合膜;三种基体中, SBR和NR复合膜的水刺激-力响应性能好,其中NR复合膜的重复使用性能较好;另外, SBR和NR复合膜的降解速度比XNBR复合膜更快。76976

Title The effect of the different rubber matrix on the properties of BCW/rubber films
Abstract As one of the derivatives of bacterial cellulose (BC), bacterial cellulose whisker (BCW) is qualified with high crystallinity, high degree of polymerization, high water holding capacity, high tensile strength and biocompatibility。 Thus, it is used as an ideal candidate for reinforcing polymer。 In this work, the BCW, consists of rod-like nanofiber with great aspect ratio of 80 and 93。33% crystalline, was prepared via sulfuric acid hydrolysis。 Styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), natural rubber (NR) and carboxylated acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (XNBR) were chosen as matrixes to prepare BCW/rubber films via evaporation。 The effects of different rubber matrix on the water swelling property, water-stimuli mechano-responsive property and degradation property were discussed。 The results showed that when 10 份 BCW was incorporated, the equilibrium swelling ratio of BCW/SBR films was 70%, which was higher than other films。 The water-stimuli mechano-responsive property of BCW/SBR films and BCW/NR films were more excellent and the reusability of BCW/NR films was the best among three rubber。 In addition, the degradation rate of BCW/SBR films and BCW/NR films were higher than that of BCW/XNBR films。
