摘要为了探讨温压炸药实际应用环境下的作用,本文采用实验研究和数值模拟相结合的 方法研究了温压炸药在有限空间的爆炸效应,其中有限空间内爆炸冲击波参数特性是本 次研究的重点。
通过 AUTODYN 程序建立 2D 轴对称模型,对温压炸药在有限空间和敞开空爆炸冲 击波的传播过程进行模拟,绘制不同测点的压力时程曲线。同时通过实验对不同铝粉含 量的温压炸药有限空间能量释放规律进行了研究,并通过数值模拟与理论分析研究爆炸 冲击波在有限空间以及敞开空间的传播过程,对比研究冲击波在有限空间与敞开空间释 能规律。结果表明:模拟过程能够较为正确的反映出温压炸药爆炸冲击波的传播过程; 当铝粉含量在 30%~35%之间时,温压炸药爆炸产生的冲击波参数较高,且其爆轰和后燃 产生的准静态压力值较高;温压炸药在有限空间爆炸的毁伤效果要优于敞开空间。77089

Title Shock Wave Propagation of finite space explosion
Abstract In order to investigate the role of thermobaric explosives in practical application environment,this paper adopts the method of combination of experiment and numerical simulation to study the explosion effects of thermobaric explosive in the limited space, and mainly studied the blast parameters characteristic of explosion in the limited space。
We establish the 2D axis symmetry model by AUTODYN program to simulate the blast wave propagation of thermobaric explosives in a limited space or open space, and draw different test points of pressure-time curve。 At the same time,we study the law of energy release of different aluminum content thermobaric explosives in the limited space by experiment。 By numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, we study the propagation process of explosive blast in limited space and open space, and study the law of energy release of blast in limited space and open space by contrast。 The results show: simulation process can be more properly reflect the thermobaric explosives blast propagation; when the aluminum content is between 30% to 35%, the parameter of thermobaric explosives is high, and the quasi-static pressure value of detonation and post-combustion is higher;compared to the open space, damage effects of explosive damage is more significant in the limited space。
