摘要:本论文主以Anderson型杂多酸作为研究的突破点,设计合成出具有特殊结构和性质的多金属氧酸盐,在多酸上引入单边三羟基硝基甲烷这种功能化的有机基团,并应用于醛类化合物的氧化反应。前期以钼酸钠为原料,将其与六水合三氯化铝反应,合成Al-Anderson型杂多酸母体。后期通过三羟甲基硝基甲烷修饰Al-Anderson型杂多酸,得到单侧共价修饰的三羟甲基硝基甲烷Al-Anderson型多金属氧酸盐。最后将杂多酸金属氧酸盐作为催化剂来催化苯甲醛、对苯甲醛、对氯苯甲醛分别成为苯甲酸、对苯甲酸、对氯苯甲酸的氧化催化反应,产物的产率分别为99%、97%、95%,很好的验证了本设计的可行性。由此可以知道该方式将三羟甲基硝基小分子单侧共价修饰到Al-Anderson型杂多酸上后小分子的酸性会大大增强,作为催化剂的活性也会有所提高,相比较于传统的催化剂用量将更少。77562

Preparation of Al - Anderson Type Polymetallate Oxide Modified by Unilateral Trimethylol Nitromethane

Abstract:In this paper, Anderson type heteropoly acid was used as the breakthrough point of the study, and the polyoxometalates with special structure and properties were designed and synthesized。 The functional organic groups were introduced into the polyacid , And applied to the oxidation of aldehydes。 In the early stage, sodium aluminate was used as raw material to react with aluminum trichloride hexahydrate to synthesize Al-Anderson type heteropoly acid precursor。 In the later stage, Al-Anderson type heteropolyacids were modified by trimethylol nitromethane to obtain unilateral covalently modified trimethylol nitromethane Al-Anderson type polyoxometallates。 Finally, the heteropoly acid metal oxide was used as catalyst to catalyze the oxidation reaction of benzaldehyde, p-benzaldehyde and p-chlorobenzaldehyde to benzoic acid, benzoic acid and p-chlorobenzoic acid respectively。 The yield of the product was 99% , 97%, 95%, well verified the feasibility of this design。 It can be understood that this method will be trimethylol nitro small molecules unilateral covalent modification to Al-Anderson type heteropoly acid on the small molecules will greatly enhance the acidity, as the catalyst activity will be improved, compared to The amount of conventional catalyst will be less。
