摘要在厌氧反应器中探究投加氯化铝对剩余污泥厌氧发酵过程的影响。实验结果表明铝离子(Al3+)的加入能够促进污泥中有机物的溶出,但高浓度下不利于短链脂肪酸(VFAs)的产生。当Al3+投加量为0。01 mol/L时,SCOD在发酵期间均值为1408 mg/L,此时空白组为872 mg/L;VFAs在第7d达到最大值520。1 mg/L,此时空白组为153 mg/L。当Al3+投加量为0。2 mol/L时,污泥中可溶性蛋白质、糖含量分别在第9d、15d达到最大值为2020。2、232。9 mg/L,此时空白组的含量分别为336、65 mg/L;VFAs在第1d达到最大值为7。1 mg/L,而空白组的最大产酸量在第9d达到516 mg/L。在污泥发酵期间,随着Al3+投加量的增加,SCOD、蛋白质、糖含量呈现增加的趋势,VFAs含量下降。实验结果表明,Al3+的加入能够促进污泥有机物的溶出,当投加量高于0。01 mol/L时,不利于短链脂肪酸的产生,同时污泥的絮凝性能恶化。78102

Title   The effect of Al3+on anaerobic fermentation of waste activated sludge                                     

       

Abstract Study on the effect of adding aluminum chloride on anaerobic fermentation of sludge in anaerobic reactor。 The results show that the addition of Al3+ can promote the dissolution of SCOD, when the dosage of Al3+ was 0。025-0。2 mol/L, the soluble protein and carbohydrates were dissolved in the sludge, respectively, in the 9 d, 15 d reached the maximum value of 2020。2, 232。9 mg/L, at this time the blank group of 336, 65 mg/L。 When the dosage of Al3+ was 0。025-0。2 mol/L, the hydrolysis of Al3+ makes the sludge in an acidic environment and inhibits the activity of acid producing bacteria, when the dosage of Al3+ was 0。2 mol/L, almost no VFAs produce, when the dosage of Al3+ was 0-0。01 mol/L, there was no inhibitory effect on acid production of sluge, when the dosage of Al3+ was 0。01 mol/L, in seventh days of acid production reached the maximum value of 520。1 mg/L, the blank sample in ninth days to reach a maximum value of 516 mg/L。 In the experiment of adding, SCOD, protein, carbohydrates of the sluge showed an increasing trend。 VFAs showed a decreasing trend。 The results show that Al3+ can promote the dissolution of organic matter in the sluge, when the dosage of Al3+ is more than 0。01 mol/L, it is not conducive to the production of VFAs, meanwhile the sludge flocculation performance deterioration。
