摘要本文研究了系列化聚丙烯酰胺P(DAC-AM)的溶液性质。以精制后的实验室制备的系列化阳离子度、系列化相对分子质量P(DAC-AM)为原料,采用旋转黏度计对其在不同盐浓度、不同质量分数下表观黏度进行测定,以得到系列化阳离子度P(DAC-AM)样品的特征黏度与比浓黏度的关系曲线。实验结果表明:P(DAC-AM)聚合物的质量分数,外加盐对聚合物的黏度有明显影响。在聚合物质量分数低于1‰时,P(DAC-AM)的比浓黏度随着P(DAC-AM)溶液浓度的增加而降低,其降低的趋势由陡变缓;聚合物的比浓黏度随着NaCl浓度的增大而降低,在NaCl浓度在0~0。5mol/L之间时,基本呈直线下降的趋势,但是降低的幅度有所缓和;在相同盐浓度的MgCl2、NaCl盐溶液中,MgCl2溶液中的P(DAC-AM)聚合物的比浓黏度较高。以上研究为系列化P(DAC-AM)溶液性质的全面获得奠定基础。78444

Title The research on the solution properties of series of P (DAC-AM) with different cationicities
Abstract In this paper, the solution properties of series of cationic polyacrylamide P (DAC-AM) were studied。 A series of P (DAC-AM) with different cationicities and molecular weights were used as raw materials prepared and purified in laboratory。 Apparent viscosity of P (DAC-AM) with different concentrations was tested by rotational viscometer under different salt concentration。 Then, the curves of the relationship between the reduced viscosity and intrinsic viscosity of the P (DAC-AM) were obtained。 Experimental results showed that the concentration of both P (DAC-AM) and salt had a significant effect on the solution viscosity。 When the concentration of P (DAC-AM) was below 1‰(wt。), the reduced viscosity of P(DAC-AM) decreased with the increase of polymer concentration, and the decreasing trend gradually slowed down; The reduced viscosity of P (DAC-AM) decreased with the increase of the concentration of NaCl, and basically showed linear decrease between 0mol/L and 0。5mol/L of NaCl solution , but there was a tendency to reduce itself。; In the same concentration of either MgCl2 or NaCl solution, the reduced viscosity of P (DAC-AM) in MgCl2 solution is higher than that in NaCl solution 。 The results would lay a theoretical basis for obtaining the total solution property of P (DAC-AM)。
