摘要纳米ZnO是一种重要的宽带隙半导体材料。由于其独特的性能和结构,将ZnO和氧化石墨烯有机结合能制备出更为高效的复合光催化剂。本毕业设计将通过制备出不同形貌的纳米ZnO和ZnO/石墨烯复合材料来研究它们的光催化性能。78573
(1)首先采用沉淀法实验制备纳米ZnO,可以知道影响ZnO形貌的实验因素主要是锌源,溶剂以及锌源溶度。通过改变这些实验因素可以制备不同形貌的纳米ZnO,再通过光催化降解甲基橙实验,得到制备纳米ZnO的较为理想的锌源为Zn(NO3)2•6H2O,溶剂为无水乙醇。
(2)通过一步溶剂热法制备氧化锌-石墨烯纳米复合材料,通过光催化降解实验,结果表明复合材料的光催化效果与纳米ZnO相比更为优越。ZnO与氧化石墨烯质量比不同时,光催化效果也不同。在本毕业设计研究中,GO的掺杂比为0。5%时,复合材料的光催化活性较高。

Title Preparation and photocatalytic properties of ZnO/graphene Composites
Abstract Nano ZnO is an important wide bandgap semiconductor material。 Due to its unique properties and structure, ZnO and graphene oxide organic combination can be prepared more efficient composite photocatalyst。 The graduation project will be prepared by the preparation of different morphologies of nano ZnO and ZnO/ graphene composite materials to study their photocatalytic properties。
(1)Firstly, nano ZnO was prepared by precipitation method, we can know the factors influencing the morphology of ZnO is zinc source、solvent and zinc source concentration。 Different morphologies of nano ZnO can be prepared by changing these experimental factors, through the experiment of photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange, Zn(NO3)2•6H2O is the ideal zinc source and solvent is anhydrous alcohol。 for the preparation of nano ZnO was obtained。
(2)Preparation of ZnO/ graphene nanocomposites by one-step solvent thermal method, by photocatalytic degradation experiments, the results showed that the photocatalytic effect of the composite material is superior compared with nano ZnO。 ZnO and graphene oxide mass ratio is not the same,the photocatalytic effect is different。 In this graduation design research,when the doping ratio of GO is 0。5%, higher photocatalytic activity of the composite material。
