Title The Study on Preparation and Properties of New Water-soluble Rust Inhibitors
Abstract Aiming at the deficiency of water-soluble rust inhibitors in industry at present, some organic carboxylic acid alcohol ammonium salts were prepared。 The effects of the alkyl chain length and the carboxyl number on foam capacity were tested by foam experiment。 The effects of pH value, the carbon chain length, carboxyl number and the proportion of the alcohol amine on the rust-inhibiting performance were studied by rust-inhibiting performance testing。 The good capability metal cleaner and the hydraulic fluidwere made of organic carboxylic acid alcohol ammonium salts。 Then boric acid triethanolamine ester was synthesized in the condition that toluene was the solvent, the temperature was 110℃, raw material mole ratio isn (boric acid):n (triethanolamine) = 1:4; triethanolamine borate was synthesized under the condition that n (boric acid): n (triethanolamine) = 1:1。 Rust-inhibiting performance testing proved that both boric acid triethanolamine ester and triethanolamine borate had good rust-inhibiting capability。 At last, under the protection of the nitrogen and raw material mole ratio is n (oleic acid): n (maleic anhydride): n (diethanolamine) = 1:1:3, oleamide rust inhibitors was catalytic synthesized。 The rust-inhibiting time was up to 15。6 h, which was obtained by rust-inhibiting performance testing。 This showed that oleamide rust inhibitors had an excellent rust-inhibiting performance。
