摘要:创造新型的高聚物材料是当代化学发展的重点,减少化学污染也是刻不容缓的,无毒,无害的葡萄糖受到了研究者们的亲睐。葡萄糖是最简单的六碳单糖,它的应用非常广泛。比如在食品,发酵,医药方面都有涉及。本课题简要介绍了葡萄糖的基本情况及发展进程。现今,降冰片烯及其衍生物因为其反应活性较高,所以是研究最多和应用最广泛的环烯烃单体,因此本课题也选用了降冰片烯衍生物。本课题先用葡萄糖通过一系列反应修饰得到葡萄糖硫醇,再分别和之前用2-氨基乙醇,3-氨基丙醇和6-氨基己醇合成的3种不同碳的7-氧杂降冰片烯单丙烯酸衍生物利用巯基-烯烃加成反应,引入葡萄糖硫醇,得到含糖单体,将来将通过ROMP得到新型含葡萄糖的聚合物,并通过核磁共振进行表征。含葡萄糖的单体在众多方面有很多应用,比如食品,医药等。实验表明合成含葡萄糖的单体并非难事,其将来会有很大的应用。78780

Synthesis of a new glucose - containing monomer for ring-opening metathesis polymerization
Abstract: The creation of new polymer materials is the focus of contemporary chemical development, reducing chemical pollution is also urgent, non-toxic, harmless glucose by the researchers of the pro-Lai。 Glucose is the simplest six carbon monosaccharide, its application is very extensive。 For example, in food, fermentation, medicine are involved。 This paper briefly introduces the basic situation of glucose and the development process。 Now, norbornene and its derivatives because of its high reactivity, it is the most widely studied and the most widely used cycloolefin monomer, so the subject also selected the norbornene derivatives。 Therefore, the subject of glucose first through a series of reactions modified glucose mercaptan, and then with 2-amino ethanol, 3-aminopropanol and 6-amino hexanol synthesis of three different carbon 7-oxa norbornene The monoacrylic acid derivative is introduced into the glucose mercaptan by the mercapto-olefin addition reaction to obtain a sugar-containing monomer。 In the future, a new glucose-containing polymer will be obtained by ROMP and characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance。 Glucose-containing monomers have many applications in many ways, such as food, medicine and so on。 Experiments show that the synthesis of glucose-containing monomer is not difficult, and its future will be a great application。
