摘要随着我国经济的发展,我国的钢铁行业得到了长足的进步。一方面钢铁行业 的崛起给基础设施带来了足够物质的支持,另一方面,钢铁的批量出产也带来许 多的冶金粉尘。有些冶金粉尘中含有重金属元素,并大量占用空地,造成资源浪 费并可能对人的生命健康造成威胁。水资源保护方面因为印染行业的快速发展, 印染废水的处理也成为当前水资源保护的难题。印染废水的颜色深,水量大,难 以生物降解。如果直接排出,这些有机物会在厌氧环境下形成有毒的芳香胺对环 境造成污染。本文主要介绍了高炉粉尘的分类以及当前已有的高炉粉尘再利用技 术与形势,描述了染料废水的主要特征与危害。综合阐述了当前染料废水的三大 处理方法。除此外,还说明了废水的处理现状和龙胆紫染料的性质。本文分别研 究了粉尘投加量、双氧水浓度、龙胆紫浓度调变下,沙钢高炉除尘灰以及天工电 炉粉尘对龙胆紫降解的影响。最后再对实验进行分析总结,得出最优的降解条件 为:龙胆紫浓度为 50mg/L 时,粉尘投加量为 1g,0。109mol/L 的双氧水 10ml。81312

Abstract With the development of our country's economy, the steel industry of our country has made great progress。 On the one hand, the rise of the iron and steel industry to the infrastructure has brought enough material support, on the other hand, the mass production of iron and steel also brings a lot of metallurgical dust。 Some metallurgical dust contains heavy metal elements, and a lot of space occupied, resulting in waste of resources and may pose a threat to human life and health。 Because of the rapid development of the printing and dyeing industry, the treatment of printing and dyeing waste water has become a difficult problem of water resources protection。  Printing and dyeing waste water, the color is deep, the amount of water is large, it is difficult to biological degradation。 If directly discharged, these organic compounds  will form toxic aromatic amines in the anaerobic environment and cause pollution to the environment。 This paper mainly introduces the classification of blast furnace dust and the current situation of the blast furnace dust recycling technology, describes the main characteristics and hazards of the dye waste water。 In this paper, three methods of treatment of dye waste water are described。 Through addition, also points out the current situation and the nature of the treatment of dye waste water crystal violet。In this paper, we study the dust dosage and concentration of hydrogen peroxide, gentian violet concentration changed, Shagang blast furnace dust and Tiangong electric furnace dust on the degradation of methyl violet influence。 Finally to the experiment were analyzed and obtained the optimal degradation conditions for crystal violet concentration was 50mg / L, dust investment plus the amount of 1g, 0。109mol/L hydrogen peroxide 10ml。
