摘要氧化石墨烯作为一种性能较其他碳材料而言更优异的新型碳材料, 比表面积较高;不仅具有聚合物、胶体的特性,同时还具有薄膜以及两 性分子的特性,其表面拥有丰富的活跃的官能团,因此被视为一种非传 统形态的软性材料。81347

本文主要研究氧化石墨烯对二氧化钛/碳化氮复合材料的光电防腐 蚀性能的影响。将纳米二氧化钛,三聚氰胺经固结法煅烧后,将其与丙 酮,KH550,环氧树脂,固化剂等添加剂混合,再在其中引入不同含量 的氧化石墨烯溶液,涂覆得到二氧化钛/氧化石墨烯涂层。通过采用金 相显微镜、扫描电镜测试,X 射线衍射测试试样表面结构及微观结构物 相性能;电化学工作站测试不同含量 RGO 二氧化钛/碳化氮复合涂层的 电化学性能,测试涂层接触角。

研究表明,氧化石墨烯涂敷在二氧化钛/碳化氮复合涂层上,有效 促进二氧化钛/碳化氮复合涂层的光电效应;当添加氧化石墨烯溶液的 含量为 2。5ml 时,氧化石墨烯/二氧化钛复合涂层的光电抗腐蚀性能最 佳。

Abstract Graphene oxide as a new carbon material, is more excellent properties than other carbon materials。 It is mainly with high specific surface area。 Not only with the polymer, the characteristics of the colloidal properties of the film but it also has amphiphilic molecules。 It is seen as a non-traditional patterns of soft material which surface rich  in the more active functional groups。 In addition, graphene oxide amphiphilic i。e。, hydrophilic to hydrophobic properties of the sheet from the edge of the graphene gradual transition to the center。 Thus, graphene oxide can reduce energy and as the interface between the  surfactant   exist  on the  same interface。

Titanium dioxide/nitrogen carbide composites photoelectric corrosion paper studies the impact of graphene oxide。 The nano-titanium dioxide,  melamine consolidation method by calcining it with acetone, KH550, epoxy resin, curing agent mixed with additives, and then introduced in which different levels of graphene oxide solution, coating titanium oxide/graphene oxide coating layer。 By using scanning optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction surface structure of the sample and test phase microstructure properties; electrochemical workstation to test different content RGO titanium dioxide/nitrogen electrochemical performance carbide composite  coating,  the contact  angle  of the test   coating。

Studies have shown that the graphene oxide coating can promote the photoelectric effect of titanium dioxide/composite coating C3N4 film growth。Since the graphene oxide can be effectively adsorbed on the titanium dioxide particles in the sample, the sample thereby enhancing Optical coatings corrosion resistance。 It is: When adding graphene oxide solution has a capacity of 2。5ml, graphene oxide/titanium oxide composite coating photoelectric   best corrosion resistance。
