摘 要:氧化石墨烯(GO)是一种单层片状结构的碳原子二维材料,因它拥有独立特殊的物理光学、热力学、力学和电学性能,其在纳米电子器件、催化剂载体、能量储存以及生物材料等许多领域中都获得了广泛的研究和应用。在本论文的研究中,以SiO2为基体,(3-氨丙基)三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)为偶联剂,成功制备了氨基二氧化硅(SiO2-NH2),然后用氧化石墨烯修饰SiO2-NH2,得到氧化石墨烯键合SiO2复合材料(SiO2-NH-GO)。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重(TG)和元素分析都表明了SiO2-NH-GO的成功制备。将SiO2-NH-GO作为固相萃取剂,用于水中对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(MEP)、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯(ETP)及对羟基苯甲酸丙酯(PRP)这三种酯类化合物的富集。结果表明:在MEP、ETP和PRP的加标浓度各为1。0 ng/mL、上样溶液的pH值为6。0、SiO2-NH-GO用量为150 mg,丙酮为洗脱溶剂且它的体积为2。5 mL时,MEP、ETP和PRP均得到了较好的富集,其回收率分别90。5 %、92。3 %和96。6 %,相应的检测限分别为0。05、0。14和0。17 ng/mL。82156

Preparation of Graphene Modified Silica Materials and Study Their Properties of Solid Phase Extraction in Water of Hydroxy Benzoic Acid Ester
Abstract: Graphene oxide (GO) is a kind of two-dimensional material composed by carbon atoms in single chip structure, Due to its unique optical, thermodynamic, mechanical and electrical performance, GO has obtained extensive research and applications in many fields such as nanoscale electronic devices, catalyst carrier, energy storage and biological materials。 In this paper, amino modified silicon dioxide (SiO2-NH2) was successfully prepared using SiO2 as the substrate and (3-ammonia propyl) triethoxy silane (APTES) as the coupling agent。 The prepared SiO2-NH2 was then modified by GO to obtain the final GO bonded SiO2 composite material (SiO2-NH-GO)。 Fourier-transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetry (TG) and element analysis all indicated the successful preparation of SiO2-NH-GO。 Finally, SiO2-NH-GO was used as solid phase extraction adsorbent for the enrichment of methyl p-hydroxybenzoate (MEP), p-hydroxy benzoic acid ethyl ester (ETP), p-hydroxy benzoic acid propyl ester (PRP) in the water sample。 The results showed that the MEP, ETP and PRP at their respective addition concentration of 1。0 ng/mL were well enriched when the sample solution pH value was 6。0, the packing dose was 150 mg, the elution solvent was acetone and the volume was 2。5 mL。 Their recoveries were 90。5 %, 92。3 % and 96。6 % respectively, while the corresponding detection limits were 0。05, 0。14 and 0。17 ng/mL。
