具有保湿护肤功效的美藤果油手工皂的研制

摘要：美藤果油是一种新资源油脂，它是由大戟科南美油藤（星油藤）种籽通过去壳压榨生成的淡黄色透明油脂。美藤果油在化妆品中的应用有着美容及抗衰老的功效。而微胶囊具有缓释作用，能够延长精油的使用效果。本文研究了美藤果油在两种不同类别的手工皂中的应用，即透明皂，非透明皂。并将美藤果油以不同工艺形式加入手工皂中，观察其现象从而得到最终所需要的产品。结果显示，实验原料若均为纯天然油脂，由于其中含有不饱和脂肪酸导致其皂化周期长，短时间内不易造化完全，优点是由于低温皂化使其保留了天然油脂中大量的营养成分，护肤效果较好。由于试验周期较短所以对配方进行了改进，在天然油脂的基础上加入了饱和的脂肪酸，即硬脂酸。加入硬脂酸之后的实验产物，成型快速，皂化周期明显减短，皂化较完全，其缺点由于硬脂酸需要过量的碱反应，所以手工皂多数显碱性，制作完成后需放置一段时间在进行使用。在透明皂的试验中，由于加入酒精使皂体变透明，则皂体质软，需晾晒直至酒精蒸发。研究结果为新型资源美藤果油在护肤方面的应用上提供新的思路，同时也为今后美藤果与手工皂的商业应用提供理论依据。82299

Our fruit oil soap with moisturizing effect

Abstract：Mido fruit oil is a new kind of oil。It is composed of Euphorbia Conan oil (oil star beauty rattan rattan) seeds by shelling press generated light yellow transparent oil。Mido fruit oil in cosmetics application, has the beauty and anti-aging effect。The microcapsule has a slow-release effect, and can prolong the use effect of essential oils。In this paper, fruit oil in two different categories of handmade soap applications, namely non transparent soap, transparent soap。The fruit oil was added into the soap by different process, and the phenomenon was observed to obtain the final product。The results showed that all the tested raw materials were pure natural oils。Because it contains unsaturated fatty acids, the saponification cycle is long。The utility model has the advantages of low temperature saponification and retention of a large amount of nutrients in the natural oil, so the skin care effect is better。The formula was improved because the test cycle was short。Saturated fatty acid, stearic acid, is added to the natural oil。The experimental product after addition of stearic acid。Rapid molding, saponification cycle was significantly shortened, the saponification is complete。The drawback is that stearic acid requires an excess of alkali reaction。Therefore, manual soap more digital alkaline, after completion of the production, need to be placed for a period of time in use。In the test of transparent soap。Because of the addition of alcohol, the soap becomes transparent, and the soap is soft and needs airing until the alcohol evaporates。The research results provide a new idea for the application of new resources, fruit oil in the skin。At the same time also provide a theoretical basis for commercial application in the future, fruit and handmade soap。
