摘要：“大班额”是指在我国班级人数有超标情况的班级，“大班额”的情况会导致素质教育实行的缓慢，学生得不到个性化发展，是加剧城市和农村的教育机会不均等的主要原因。本研究从实际出发，通过问卷调查发现小学大班额教学存在教学过程有失公平、难以因材施教不利于学生个性化发展、课堂中师生互动困难、教学管理困难等方向的问题。在简要分析的基础上，对改善大班额教学提出了三方面的建议：一是提高教师专业素养、二是提升教师应对大班额教学的能力、三是提高教师的班级管理能力。84821

The problems and Countermeasures of primary school teaching in large class

Abstract:“Large- class” means the class size is large in our country。The “large-class” will slow down the implementation of quality education。 The student’s personality can’t be developed。 It’s the main reason which will aggravate the unequal between the urban and rural for the educational opportunity。In this paper, it’s realistic。 By using the method of questionnaire, we found that the teaching of large classes has some problems。 It’s unequal in the teaching process, so it can’t teach students in accordance of their aptitude。 And it’s bad for the students’ personality development, the teachers and students have a hard interaction, the teaching management is difficult。By analyzing the problems, there are three advises will be used about the teaching of large classes。 The first one is developing the teacher’s professional level。 The second one is improving the coping capacity of teachers for the large classes teaching。 The third one is improving the ability of teachers’ teaching management。

小学大班额教学的问题与对策

当前，我国义务教育阶段大班额现象非常普遍。据河南省教育厅公布的2014年河南教育事业发展统计结果, 2014年全省义务教育阶段小学大班4。49万个，占18。31%；超大班2。08万个，占8。48%。普通初中4566所，大班3。20万个，占44。83%；超大班1。43万个，占20。04%。由此就可以看出“大班额”问题还是依然严峻，依然严重影响义务教育质量和素质教育的推行。
