摘要区域活动是幼儿一日生活中的自主性学习活动之一。在区域活动中幼儿常常会在与同伴交往过程中发生冲突。本研究主要对区域活动中幼儿冲突行为及其解决策略进行观察记录，并将收集到的数据案例进行分析，从而总结出小、中班幼儿同伴冲突解决策略的基本特征。88881

研究中可以得出：

1．就冲突的起因而言，小、中班幼儿的冲突主要是为了争夺游戏资源。

2．就冲突解决策略而言，小班幼儿更倾向于通过他人介入解决。中班幼儿主要是通过用言语表达解决。幼儿对冲突解决策略的选择与社会性发展程度，不同原因引起的冲突和同伴的亲密程度有关。

最后，研究者对如何发展幼儿有效解决冲突能力提出了一些相关的教育建议。

Abstract Learning areas are one of the important forms of education in children's daily life。 In the Learning areas，children always have conflicts with their peers。 The author observed in learning areas and recorded the conflicts between children and their solving strategies。 The author analyzed the collected cases and got the relevant characteristics of the children's conflicts and their peer conflict resolution strategies in small and middle class。源Q于D优G尔X论V文Y网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ75201`8766

The research shows that: 

1。 On the causes of conflicts, the author found that in general fighting for the game resource was the main reason for the peer conflict

2。 On the resolution strategies of children's peer conflicts in middle class, the author found that children mainly used the verbal behavior strategy。 And children tend to use the others involved in small class 。Children's choices of conflict resolution strategy have some connection with the degree of social development, the different causes of conflict and peer intimacy。

Finally, the author puts forward some tentative suggestions to improve children's ability to solve the conflict。
