摘 要
我国社会工作发展起步晚，虽然政府对社会工作的重视程度不断提升，但是受各方面因素的影响，社会工作专业毕业生就业依然面临着种种困难和问题。本文以杭州师范大学2013-2016届社会工作专业本科毕业生为样本，通过问卷调查和个案访谈研究当前社会工作专业毕业生的就业状况及其专业对口度，探究影响社会工作专业毕业生就业专业对口度的相关因素。调查发现大多数社会工作专业毕业生都没有从事专业相关的工作，而在影响他们就业专业对口情况的社会、学校、个人3方面因素中，社会因素的影响性最大，其中的工资待遇因素更是首要因素，直接决定了调查对象是否从事社会工作。在此基础上，提出了优化社会工作毕业生就业环境、创新社会工作专业教学教育、提升社会工作专业毕业生的就业能力等应对性策略。85204

Abstract
Although China government has taken the importance of social work more and more in recent years, social work starts late in China and cause of various factors, result in social work graduates’ employment situation is not optimistic。 Therefore, this article aims to make a survey of social work graduates, taking an example of 2013-2016 social work graduates, Hangzhou Normal University, collecting their employment information and professional relevance by questionnaire survey and case interviews, researching relevant influencing factors about their career choice and professional relevance。 From this survey, we find that most social work graduates do not employ in social work, and the factors that influences their employment professional counterpart situation, such as social, school and personal factors, the social factors have the greatest effect, especially for income of social factors, deciding they employ in social work or not directly。 On the base of it, this article gives some opinions that improves the employment environment, innovates teaching education and improves the social work graduates’ employability。
