摘 要 教育均衡发展是党和国家历来重视的，乡村教育中，教师队伍是不可或缺的，因此国家实施了一系列农村教师补贴政策，为农村教师谋福利。通过对丽水市遂昌县某一农村小学的走访调查，并选择其中一位教师进行深入的访谈，通过对他的日常生活及工作的调查，了解到农村小学教师补贴政策对教师职业幸福感带来的影响。教师完成教育工作、建立事业基础、追求专业发展的基本要求是教师的幸福感。但基本的物质需求在实施补贴后，依然得不到满足，幸福感的最低层次无法达到。主要原因还是农村经济发展水平不足、基础设施不完善等。要提升教师职业幸福感，要从内部和外部两方面入手：一是教师要努力完善自我，调整心态等，二是政府要坚持补贴政策的落实，抓好农村建设等。85412
