摘要：加强师范生的教师职业技能训练是师范院校实现培养目标,为基础教育培养高素质新型教师的一项重要任务。本文通过对淮阴师范学院小学教育专业同学进行问卷调查以及对相关老师和学生进行访谈进而从体系及内容、技能指导、制度及管理、见习及课题研习四个方面分析了师范学院技能训练现状。并在此基础上总结了目前师范学院技能训练在形式、考核制度、学生参与等方面存在的问题，且进一步提出了技能训练与思想教育活动相结合、合理安排，狠抓落实、提高学生的自主练习意识等几点改进建议。91639
