摘要：国家的发展对高等师范教育改革和卓越教师培养提出了迫切要求。高等师范院校最根本的使命就是替基础教育提供高素质师资力量，卓越教师的实施是基础教育和高等师范院校发展的共同需要。本文通过研究目前卓越教师的培养模式，结合淮阴师范学院卓越教师班的具体实施开展情况，从而对卓越教师的培养进行探索，从具体的培养措施中探索最佳培养途径，对目前高等师范院校存在的问题提出建议。91640
