摘 要:在幼儿教育阶段,不同年龄阶段的幼儿有着他们各阶段独有的特点,为了促进各年龄阶段幼儿更好地发展,在教学中会采用让幼儿进行混龄交往的方式。这样的方式,可以提高幼儿在同伴交往中的互动性,为幼儿建立良好的同伴关系,也为以后幼儿能更好地适应社会打下基础,同时混龄交往也存在着一些不足,如内容安排不合理、教师没有发挥指导作用、主题单一、师资力量不足、错误的家长观念等,本文提出了相应的解决方法,如合理安排内容、丰富主题、教师发挥指导作用、增强师资力量和转变家长的观念等。92202
Abstract:In the early child education stage, children of different ages have their own unique characteristics in each stage。 In order to promote the development of young children at all ages, the teaching method of mixed-age education will be used。 In this way, the interaction of children in the companionship can be improved, and a good partnership between children can be established, and the foundation for children can adapt to the social life better can be layed。 But there are also some shortcomings of this method, such as unreasonable teaching content, teachers do not playing a guiding role, simple and single themes, lack of faculty, wrong parents’ concepts and so on。 So the corresponding solutions are put forward in this paper, such as reasonable arrangement for teaching content, rich themes, teachers playing a guiding role, strengthen the teachers, changing the parents’ concepts and so on。
