家长参与幼儿园教育的现状调查

摘要：当今家园合作是世界幼儿园教育发展的一个重要趋势，也是我国幼儿园教育的一个重要内容。基本上每个幼儿园都将家长参与提上日程，小到协助幼儿园完成作品大到参与幼儿园重要活动。本文主要采用三种研究方法对淮安市淮安区家长参与幼儿园教育的现状进行了调查。在探究中发现主要存在如下问题：家长参与积极性不高、家长参加程度不深、家长参加方式单一、家长认识幼儿园教育活动的渠道单一等。以上问题的出现不仅仅是家长的责任，幼儿园对此类问题也不够重视。提高家长自我参与意识和主动性、幼儿园引导帮助家长提高参与的程度、提供多种参与方式供家长参与、幼儿园拓展家长了解幼儿园教育渠道等对改进上述问题具有一定的积极意义。92278
