大学生性别角色与职业倾向关系的研究

摘要：性别角色和职业倾向在人们就业，以及将来的职业生涯的成功发展中具有重要作用。针对有关性别角色和职业倾向研究的现状，本研究探讨大学生性别角色与职业倾向的关系。研究对象是师范学院大学生；通过单因素方差分析检验文理科、独生子女与非独生子女，城乡人口对大学生性别角色的影响；通过独立样本t检验分析职业倾向在文理科、城乡和独生子女上的差异；通过相关分析探讨大学生性别角色和职业倾向的关系。主要研究结论如下：（1）大学生性别角色分布是不平衡的。大学生职业倾向类型分布不均匀。（2）大学生性别角色在文理科、城乡上不存在显著差异；在独生子女与非独生子女上差异显著。（3）大学生职业倾向在城乡上不存在显著差异；在文理科和独生子女与非独生子女上差异显著。（4）大学生性别角色中的不同因子与职业倾向不同类型存在显著相关。31462

The Study of University Students Relation between Gender Role and Career Orientation--take the normal university student for example
Abstract:Gender role and career orientation have important role in people get a job and the successful development of future professional career. In the light of the fact of the study of gender role attitude and career orientation,discuss university students relation between gender role and career orientation.The target of study is normal university student;uses One Way ANOVA to analyses the influence of university students gender role in art and science,only-child and non-only-child,country and countryside;use the Independent-Sample Test to analyses the influence of university students career orientation in art and science,only-child and non-only-child,country and countryside; uses correlate to discuss university students relation between gender role attitude and career orientation.The main research conclusion were as follow: Firstly,the distribution of gender role and career orientation are unbalance.Secondly,gender role have no difference in art and science university students and in country and countryside ;there is difference in only-child and non-only-child of gender role,there is no remarkable difference in of gender role.Thirdly,career orientation have no difference in country and countryside;there is difference in art and science university students and in only-child and non-only-child of career orientation.Fourthly,there is relation between different gender role and career orientation.
