摘要:“教师的专业成长”受到理论界和实践界的普遍关注。“成长”是教师专业发展的结果,更是教师专业发展的状态。不论从对其职业的要求,还是从社会的期望来看,“教师的专业成长”都是一个很重要的研究命题。为了给教师的专业成长提供更多的借鉴,本文以优秀教师为个案,通过观察、访谈、追踪的方法,从教师自身成长的过程出发,并探索出其专业发展的规律,将其成长过程划分为入职迷茫期、平稳适应期、迅速发展期。根据发现总结出优秀教师专业成长的有益启示即通过阅读获得专业支持、通过反思提高专业素养、同伴互助是教师专业成长的关键、学校支持是教师专业成长的保障。33794

A Case Study on the Professional Development of Excellent Teachers in Primary School

Abstract:The professional growth of teachers’ attention from theory circle and the practice circle. "Growth" is the result of the professional development of teachers, is the professional development of teachers state. No matter from the occupation requirements, or from the social expectation, "teacher professional development" is a very important research topic. In order to provide more reference to the teacher professional development, based on the case study of excellent teacher, through the methods of observation, interview, tracking the process of growth, from the teacher's perspective, and explores the professional development rule, the development process is pided into entry confused period, stable adaptation period, rapid development period. Primary excellent way to conduct of teachers’ professional development, including obtaining professional support through reading, improve professionalism through reflection, peer support is the key to professional development of teachers, school support is to protect teachers' professional development.

小学优秀教师专业成长的个案研究——以淮阳县外国语实验小学A教师为例
