吉林市朝鲜族中小学双语教育现状调查

摘要：由于地理环境和历史进程的影响，东北三省朝鲜族聚居地的学校教育从一开始就形成了朝鲜语和汉语并存的双语教育局面，历史悠久，经历独特，取得了许多成就，为世人所关注。本课题以笔者家乡——吉林省省会吉林市所辖的朝鲜族中小学校为研究对象，调查了它们朝汉双语教育的发展历史、发展现状、存在困难，进而系统地分析了存在的问题，然后就这些问题提出了一些可行性对策，以期可以为本地区以及其他多民族交错杂居的地方的少数民族的语言文化保护和双语教育的发展提供参考。36776

Investigation of the Present Situation of Bilingual Education in Korean Primary and Middle Schools in Jilin City
Abstract: Due to the influence of geographical environment and the historical process of the northeast, school education of Korean nationality from the beginning of the formation of the coexistence of Korean and Chinese bilingual education situation, has a long history, unique experience ,has made many achievements, concern for the world. In this paper the author's hometown --the capital of Jilin Province, Jilin City, under the jurisdiction of the Korean primary and middle schools as the research object, and investigate their Korean and Chinese bilingual education development history, development status, problems, and then systematically analyzes the existing problems, then the problems and puts forward some feasible countermeasures, in order to provide reference for development staggered in the local area and other ethnic minority languages and culture protection and bilingual education.

    前言
朝鲜族作为中国境内的少数民族，主要分布在中国东北，和其他民族杂居，由于居住现状以及历史原因，朝鲜族聚居地的学校教育从一开始就形成了朝鲜语和汉语并存的双语教育局面。东北三省是中国境内朝鲜族最集中的聚居地，由于一些特殊的历史原因，再加上民族杂居的特殊性，朝汉双语教育也经历着不同于其他地域的变迁，可以说是研究朝汉双语教育最具典型性的代表。
    笔者的家乡吉林市作为吉林省的省会，在朝汉双语教育上具有悠久的历史和许多资源优势，取得了较为突出的成就。我们把当地的朝鲜族中小学校作为研究对象，主要研究它们朝汉双语教育的发展历史、发展现状和存在困难。为此，我们设计了调查问卷，走访了部分学校的负责人，查阅了大量的文献资料，取得了第一手资料，保证了信息的全面与科学。通过对所掌握材料的分析，以求全面考察吉林市朝鲜族中小学双语教育发展的现状，分析它们发展中取得的成就、遇到的困难和存在的困惑，进而提出一些建议和对策。吉林市朝鲜族中小学双语教育现状调查:http://www.youerw.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_35362.html
