独立院校大学生主观就业障碍和职业探索行为的关系研究

摘要：目的：大学生就业问题一直都是政府和社会各界人士关注的问题。独立院校学院的大学生就会在就业群体中相对处于“弱势地位"。面对激烈的就业竞争环境，独立学院大学生便会出现主观就业障碍。方法：本研究以河南省某独立学院大学生作为研究对象，采用问卷调查的研究方法，深入探讨独立学院大学生主观就业障碍和职业探索行为关系。结果：（1）从整体上看独立院校大学生男女生主观就业障碍差异并不明显，独立院校主观就业障碍各维度的年级差异存在明显的显著性。（2）独立院校大学生的职业探索行为在自身因素上具有显著的专业差异，并且师范类别的特征高于医学类别，高于科技类别。（3）独立院校大学生在就业竞争、社交能力、家庭背景、专业水平与亲人期望五项维度上，均与职业探索行为的环境、自身因素相关显著。并且社交能力和专业水平上呈现负相关。43085

Research on the Relationship between Subjective Employment Barriers and Career Exploration Behaviors of Independent College Students

Abstract:In recent years, the employment problems of college students has been the government and the social people from all walks of life concerns, independent colleges students' employment problem is to let people worry. Because the school-running orientation of independent colleges is to train advanced applied talents, the school early many conditions are not mature enough, most of the colleges and universities social prestige has not yet been established, independent colleges and schools among college students in employment is relatively weak. Facing the fierce employment competition environment, independent college students subjective employment will appear obstacles. For independent college students as the research object, this study adopts empirical quantitative research methods, discussed independent college students subjective employment obstacle and professional research of exploratory behavior relationship. This article will elaborate barriers of university students' employment and occupation affect the independent colleges exploratory behavior what are the factors and their relationship.
