摘要：我国的家庭教育存在着很多的问题，如家庭存在“阴盛阳衰”的现象、父母的主体缺失、爷爷奶奶等长辈的过度干预等等。这些现象的产生，说到底还是阴阳协调的问题。或是阴盛，或是阳盛，并没有协调阴阳。本文通过文献研究法，针对以上现象，从家庭结构、教育方法、教育方式等角度分析这类现象形成原因。并从家庭教育主体、家庭教育方式等方面提出了达成家庭教育“阴阳平衡”的具体策略和建议。让家庭教育达成“阴阳协调”，促进孩子在“阴阳平衡”的家庭环境中健康成长。关键词：阴阳；家庭教育；阴阳平衡7187
The "Balance of Yin and Yang" in the Family Education
Abstract: There are a lot of problems of family education in our country, such as family exists the phenomenon of "Yin flourishes while Yang declines", loss of the parents’ care, grandparents and other elders’ excessive intervention, and so on. The production of these phenomena, all in all, is the problem of coordination of Yin and Yang. Or Yin flourishes, or Yang declines, there is no coordination of Yin and Yang. In this paper, through literature research, in view of the above phenomenon, from the Angle of family structure, education method and education mode, I will analyzes the reasons of this kind of phenomenon form. And put forward concrete strategies and recommendations reached home education "yin and yang balance" from the main areas of family education, family education methods. Let family education reached a "yin and yang coordination" to promote the children in the "yin and yang balance," the family environment healthy growth.

一、家庭教育中的“阴阳平衡”及其意义
(一) “阴阳平衡”的涵义
阴阳是我国古代人民智慧的结晶，这一理念源自于我国古人的自然观及其世界观。是中国古人在日常生活和从事生产活动中观察发现到的，自然界各种对立的现象，这是一种相对而非绝对的概念。阴阳的提出，深深影响了中国人的世界观人生观，对中华传统文化的发展，影响深远，如天文、数术、中医、书法、占卜等等。[1]阴阳带着些神秘色彩，但是仔细了解就会发现。阴阳其实就是“矛盾”，矛盾就是事物内在的对立统一，没有对立统一就没有事物，也没有事物的发展、变化。对立统一是普遍存在的。用中国传统哲学来讲就是事物的相生相克。
