摘要：合作学习是学生通过小组合作的方式进行学习，从而促进小组成员的合作意识、沟通能力、创新精神和学习主动性的一种学习方式。 在新课程理念下，合作学习成为了当前小学生最重要的学习方式之一。然而，笔者通过课堂观察发现，由于教师对合作学习观念把握不准确，合作学习组织的能力欠缺等原因，当前小学教师进行实施合作学习的过程中存在小组成员分配不合理、合作内容选择不恰当、学生参与度不够、合作结果反馈不及时等问题。要提高合作学习实施效果，需要教师要了解学生，合理分组、选取适当的内容进行小组合作学习、激励学生积极全面参与合作以及采取恰当的评价方式，及时反馈。48769

Problems and Improvement of the Implementation of Cooperative Learning in Primary School Classroom Teaching

Abstract: Cooperative learning is a way for students to learn through group cooperation, so as to promote the cooperative awareness, communication ability, innovative spirit and learning initiative of team members. Under the concept of new curriculum, cooperative learning has become one of the most important learning methods for primary school students. However, the author, through classroom observation, it is found that, as a result of teachers in cooperative learning to grasp the concept of inaccurate, cooperative learning organizations are lack of ability and other reasons, the primary school teachers were the implementation of cooperative learning in the process exists unreasonable distribution of the members of the group, the content of cooperation is inappropriate, student participation is not enough, the feedback is not timely issues. In order to improve the cooperative learning implementation effect, the need for teachers to understand students, reasonable grouping, select the appropriate content of group cooperative learning, and encourage students to participate fully in cooperation and take appropriate methods of assessment and timely feedback.

小学课堂教学中合作学习实施的问题与改进在以往的教学中，教师占着主要的位置，而学生处于次要的位置，这种方式忽视了学生的感受，更重要的是，使得学生变得消极、被动，因此我们必须要改变这种现状，让学生主动学习知识。合作学习是目前世界上许多国家都普遍采用的一种富有创意和实效的教学理论与策略体系。[1]然而，这种方式在我国后来的课程改革中才被倡导，从而被广泛应用于课堂教学中。但是在实施课程改革的过程中，这一教学方式在具体教学中变了样，教师在课堂教学中并不能好好地运用这一教学方法，发挥其作用，他们甚至不理解合作学习的概念，不知道它的重要性。因此，在课堂教学中实施这一教学方法时，就出现了各种问题。所以，本文针对这些问题将进一步研究如何在课堂上真正地运用合作学习这一教学方法，并且使得合作学习能够在课堂上起到良好的效果。 小学课堂教学中合作学习实施问题与改进:http://www.youerw.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_51463.html
