摘要：小学生课堂问题行为是指小学生在课堂中出现的，违反课堂行为规范，干扰课堂教学秩序，影响教师教学及他人学习的行为。小学生课堂问题行为不仅妨碍学生的自身发展，而且对课堂秩序和教学效果产生负面影响。笔者通过课堂观察和访谈等，对小学生课堂问题行为的具体表现进行了归纳，并从教师的角度对产生原因进行了分析，最后提出了提高小学生的自我管理能力、关注每一位学生、转变教学方式、提升课堂监控水平等矫正对策。50546

Analysis and Correction of the Causes of Pupils' Classroom Problem Behaviors

Abstract:Pupils' classroom problem behavior refers to the behavior of the elementary students in the classroom,in violation of classroom behavior norms,disrupting the class teaching system,the influence teachers' teaching and learning behavior of others. Pupils' classroom problem behavior not only hinders students' self development, but also the negative influence on classroom order and teaching effect. The author through classroom observation and interviews etc, specific performance of pupils' classroom problem behaviors were summarized, and analyzed the causes from the point of view of a teacher, and finally puts forward improving the students' ability of self management, pay attention to every student, change the teaching methods, enhance the level of class monitor corrective measures.

课堂是教师教学和学生学习的场所，师生在课堂中通过教与学来达成教学目标，为了使各种教学活动顺利地开展，必须通过有效的课堂管理来维持良好的课堂秩序[1]。课堂问题行为具有普遍性和危害性，在小学课堂中，问题行为一旦产生就会迅速蔓延，如果处理不当，不仅会危害师生关系，引发师生冲突，还会影响教师的教学和学生的心理健康，妨碍学生的健康发展。因此，这就需要深入到一线课堂，积极地对学生的课堂问题行为进行归因分析，并提出行之有效的矫正策略，这对教师进一步改善课堂管理秩序，提高教师课堂教学质量，建设和谐高效课堂有很大的实践意义。
