摘要近几年来,我国经济发展迅速,必须不断培养建设祖国的人才,以满足不断膨胀的人才需求,因此教育的地位越来越重要。随着素质教育和“国培”计划的提出,对教师的胜任力要求越来越高。提高教师的素质有利于提高学校的竞争优势、教育质量乃至整个民族的知识水平。从胜任力的理论到实际运用,回答了教师胜任力是什么?信息教学环境下对教师胜任力有什么新要求?如何提出一套合理的培训计划?胜任力与胜任力模型,为此次研究提供了理论基础;对于都中学这一具有代表性群体的研究,根据胜任力模型分析教师胜任力方面的缺点和可借鉴之处,从主客观方面总结普通中学教师胜任力不足的原因;培训是对教师胜任力分析的结果,通过分析发现教师在教学方面的问题,提出解决问题的方案。51508

Teachers' competency analysis and training programs of YuDu middle school
Abstract
In recent years, China's economic has being through a rapid development. The construction of the motherland must continuously train personnel to meet expanding demand for talent, so education is becoming more and more important. With quality education and "national culture" program proposed, competency of teachers have become increasingly demanding. The advance of the teacher’s quality will help improve the school's competitive advantage, the quality of education and the whole nation of knowledge.The paper is pided into four parts, including competency theory to practical application. It answers that what the hell is the teacher’s competency ? What's the new competency requirements in the information teaching environment ? How to make a reasonable training program? Competency and competency model provides a theoretical basis. According to the representative study of YuDu middle school , we can make good use of the competency model to analyses its own shortcomings and summary the reasons in both subjective and objective aspects. As a result of the analysis, training is aim at finding that teachers in the teaching aspects of the proposed solutions to the problems.
