摘要在幼儿园，幼儿与同伴发生冲突是一种常见的现象，同伴冲突对幼儿的发展有非常重要的意义，幼儿能否解决同伴冲突与其社会认知水平及社会适应能力密切相关。然而，由于幼儿的社会认知水平较低并且缺乏生活经验，所以幼儿经常与同伴发生各种各样的冲突。当同伴冲突发生时，很多幼儿由于缺乏冲突解决策略，所以与同伴之间的冲突通常需要借助教师和家长的帮助才能解决。幼儿作为一个独立的个体，在以后的社会生活中会遇到很多交往问题，所以要教会幼儿自己解决同伴冲突。因此，教师与家长树立正确的冲突观，合理应对幼儿的同伴冲突，正确引导幼儿、适当干预，将有助于促进幼儿社会性的发展，提升幼儿的社会交往能力。51677

Abstract
In kindergarten, children and peer conflict is a common phenomenon, the peer conflict on children's development has very important significance. The children's ability to address peer conflict and social cognition and social adaptation ability is closely related. However, due to the low level of social awareness and the lack of life experience, children often have a variety of conflicts with their peers. When the peer conflict occurs, many children because of lack of conflict resolution strategy, so the conflict with the peer usually needs the help of teachers and parents to solve. Children as an independent inpidual, in the future of social life will encounter many problems, so to teach children to solve their own peer conflict. Therefore, teachers and parents to establish correct conflict view, to respond appropriately to the child peer conflict, correctly guide the children, appropriate intervention will help to promote the development of children's social, improve children's ability in social intercourse.
