摘要:朋辈团体辅导具有其独特的运作机制,是学生间通过特殊的人际互动方式来达到的自我成长及助人成长。而自我效能感是个体成功达成目标的必要条件。本研究通过对自愿报名参加辅导的257名学生测试,并根据测试结果按性别、专业、生源地、是否独生、年级等分层随机选取自我效能感相对较低的36人为最终被试。36名被试情况采用分层随机抽样分出实验组和对照组,对实验组共实施了8次团体训练,通过实验前后测和学生自主评分得出结果。结果发现,实验组的后测平均分显著高于前测,实验后从实验组学生自评中发现学生自信心有很大提高,表明经朋辈团体辅导后学生的自我效能感水平有了显著提高。关键字:朋辈团体辅导;大学生;自我效能感;影响8264
The Study of Peer-counseling Groups Influence on
College Students' Self-efficacy
Abstract:Peer-counseling groups has its unique operation mechanism, it is through the special way of interpersonal interaction between students to achieve personal growth and help others grow.The self-efficacy is the necessary condition to achieve inpidual success.This study based on 257 students volunteered to sign up for tutoring tests, and according to the test results by gender, professional, origin, whether single,grade and so on, and stratified random selection of relatively low self-efficacy 36 people as eventually subjects. They were stratified random sampling to separate the experimental group and control group, 8 times train were carried out for the experimental group ,the results were got through the before and after test and students' scores.Results of the study found that the average score of after the test significantly higher than the previous test.Through the experimental group students’ self-evaluation,we can see that their self-confidence have greatly improved after the experiment,which showed that students self-efficacy level has improved significantly after peer-counseling groups.

朋辈团体辅导对大学生自我效能感的影响研究引言
自我效能是美国心理学家班杜拉提出的社会学习理论中的一个核心概念。它是指个体对自己能否在一定水平上完成某一活动所具有的能力判断、信念或主体自我把握与感受[1]。是个体对成功实施并达成特定目标所需行为能力的预期、感知和信心, 是介于动机和行为之间的动力因素[2]。自我效能感能够将影响行为的结果因素转化为先行因素, 对行为发生作用, 并对行为起着调节作用, 是个体行为的决定因素。自我效能感也是动机过程的重要的中介认知因素,个体自我效能感的高低直接决定了其努力的可能性,是学习动机的一个重要影响因素[3]。个体的自我效能感有助于个体有效地将自身所具备的综合能力转化为行动,同时能够充分调动起自身的成功动机,使个体变得自信和高效。且高自我效能者在面对任务时趋向于选择更具挑战性的任务并付出高努力、在面对困境时能积极应对并付之行动、在情绪情感上表现出更加乐观、悦纳自我和自我激励。因此提升大学生自我效能感水平具有积极的意义。 朋辈团体辅导对大学生自我效能感的影响研究:http://www.youerw.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_6516.html
