摘 要：自 20 世纪二三十年代，“角色”被引入社会学理论起，社会角色理论帮助我们 理解社会角色及其作用，促进教师更深刻的理解教育工作的实质，提高自己的教学能力和 水平。而当今社会，教师职业形象变迁巨大备受争议。笔者从教师角色概念开始回溯，回 顾教师职业的起源与发展，结合社会发展背景和趋势，分析出当代理想教师职业的角色形 象，以及角色变化的原因，为教师发展提出意见，也为进一步分析小学教师角色形象打下 基础。

Abstract: Since the twenty or thirty's of twentieth Century, "role" has been introduced into the theory of sociology, and the theory of social role helps us to understand the role and function of the society，to promote better understanding of the teacher education work nature, improve their

teaching ability and level. In today's society, teachers' professional image is controversial. The writer reviewed of the origin and development of teacher profession, combined with social development background and trend, analyzed the roles of the contemporary professional ideal, and reasons of the changes of role, to help the teachers grow up and lay the foundation to analyze the role of teachers.
