培养幼儿合作与竞争意识幼儿争抢玩具为例

摘要：伴随社会的全面进步，人类文明的不断发展，合作与竞争已经成为人们发展的必然要求，同时也是社会对人才培养提出的重要要求。幼儿教育是进行人才培养的启蒙阶段，在人才培养的全过程中发挥重要作用。本文以幼儿教育为研究视角，针对如何培养幼儿的合作与竞争意识进行阐述，旨在全面推动我国幼儿教育事业的发展，提高幼儿教学水平，为人才培养奠定良好的基础。文章主要通过三个部分进行相关阐述，首先分别分析了培养幼儿竞争意识与合作意识对于幼儿发展的重要作用，然后根据现阶段幼儿发展得实际情况，对现阶段我国幼儿缺乏合作与竞争意识的种种表现进行了分析，最后根据幼儿年龄段特征，对如何培养幼儿的合作与竞争意识提出几点建议。70776
