摘要随着我国经济的飞速发展，人们的生活水平大幅度提高，然而富足之下的民众尤其是年轻一代的节约意识日渐薄弱。本文针对人们食物浪费现象特别是高校食物浪费现象进行了调研。主要使用问卷调查、文献查询、分析结果等研究方法，以大学生浪费食物心理为切入点，探讨高校食物浪费的原因。调研表明，高校大量的食物浪费，反映了大学生节约粮食的意识太过于薄弱，许多学生都存在对食物浪费的行为，已经忘却了勤俭节约的优良传统，许多学生对校园粮食浪费现象熟视无睹。最后文章提出了相应的对策和措施，以图改善大学生浪费食物的现状，积极响应行动，增强学生对节约粮食的意识，唤醒起大学生对食物节约的行为意识，发扬起我们中国勤俭节约的优良传统美德。72863

Abstract With the rapid development of China's economy, people's living standard has greatly improved, however, the rich people, especially the younger generation of saving consciousness is weak。 This article has carried on the investigation to the people food waste phenomenon especially the university food waste phenomenon。 Mainly uses the questionnaire survey, the literature inquiry, the analysis result and so on research method, takes the university student waste food psychology as the breakthrough point, discusses the university food waste reason。 Research shows that a large number of colleges and universities of food waste, reflecting the university student saves the grain of consciousness too weak, many students are a waste of food, has forgotten the fine tradition of thrift and many students on campus food waste turned a blind eye。 Finally, put forward the corresponding countermeasure and the measure, in an attempt to improve the present situation of college students to waste food, and actively respond to the action, to enhance students' awareness of conservation of food, wake up students of food saving behavior and consciousness, hair raising our thrift Chinese excellent traditional virtues。
