摘 要：良好的常规教育可以保证幼儿的安全健康，同时有利于幼儿养成良好的行为习惯，形成良好的规则意识与纪律意识及形成井然有序的教学秩序。然而，当前的小班幼儿常规教育依然存在着幼儿管理制度有缺陷，教师教育方法不科学，家园常规教育不一致等问题。对于这些问题可以采取树立正确的常规教育理念，运用多元化的方法，创设良好的环境，重视家园合作的有效策略，以促进小班幼儿的常规教育取得显著成效。73096
