摘 要：自古以来，课堂教学就一直是学校教学的重要组成部分，是教师教学的大本营，是在校学生获取知识的主阵地。近年来，许多高校出现了越发普遍的大学生逃课现象，甚至出现了经常不上课的学生群体——“逃课族”。本文以例，从学生逃课的现状及特点出发，利用韦纳归因理论从学生、教师、教学管理三个方面以点及面地分析了当代大学生逃课的原因，并根据这些成因提出了相应的解决对策。社会、学校、师生应以提高全民思想道德素质和科学文化素质为共同目标和理想，为构建一个和谐的教学环境和积极向上的学习文化氛围而不懈努力奋斗。74427

Abstract： Since ancient times, the classroom has been an important part of school education。It is the home of teaching and the main position for students to acquire knowledge。 In recent years, many universities increasingly widespread truancy among college students, even appeared a group of students who often skip classes--"skip。" This article thought the case from Huaiyin Normal Univerity's status and characteristics of students skipping classes, making use of Weiner's attribution theory from students, teachers and teaching management of point and surface analysis of the causes of college students skipping classes, putting forward the corresponding countermeasures in accordance with these reasons 。 Society, schools, teachers and students have to improve the ideological and moral qualities ,scientific and cultural qualities for common goals and ideals in order to build a harmonious teaching environment and positive learning environment 。

1　前言

这几年，愈演愈烈的高校大学生逃课现象引起了社会的广泛关注。作为高校学风建设中的突出问题，“逃课”从一个“热点”迅速转变为一个“现象”只用了几年的时间，这一表面现象背后暗含的成因值得探究与思考。课堂本应是教学过程中的关键环节，是师生交流研习的重要场所，却让许多大学生“避之不及”，不但影响了学校教学管理的正常秩序，不利于学生专业知识的学习，也阻碍了当代青少年综合能力素质的提升。因此，研究大学生逃课现象，分析现象形成的原因，并且就减少逃课率提出有针对性的对策，是当前非常必要的。本文就以淮阴师范学院为例，对大学生“逃课”现象进行调查分析。论文网

2　逃课现状的分析

本文在参考大量大学生逃课现象调查研究的基础上，通过设计调查问卷，针对一些重点问题进行访问调查。本次调查在淮阴师范学院进行，共发放问卷70份，共收回52份，根据年级比例、性别比例、学院比例等标准采取随机抽样的方法进行调查，调查对象涉及不同性别、不同专业、不同年级。
