摘要本文致力于研究大学生闲暇时间以及闲暇时间是如何度过的两个方面，通过对大学生闲暇生活以及活动方式的对比来发现大学生闲暇生活中存在的不足，以此来提出一定针对性的建议，使大学生合理安排闲暇生活，增强自主能力，发挥主观能动性，对促进大学生身心健康发展有一定积极作用。本文通过文献调查和问卷调查两个方面着手，主要通过问卷的形式对江苏师范大学全日制在校本科生为调查对象进行问卷调查，获得数据，进行分析。通过调查发现，大学生的闲暇时间较多，大部分的大学生闲暇时间非常充足，闲暇生活方式种类多，随着社会的不断发展，各种闲暇设施也随之发展，为大学生闲暇生活提供了场所。但是，研究表明，大学生的闲暇生活还存在一定的问题，我们要对此研究得出的问题进行综合考虑，从学校，家庭，社会和大学生个人方面对大学生闲暇生活所存在的问题进行分析。81157

Research on college students' leisure life - jiangsu normal university as an example
Abstract This paper is dedicated to study college students' leisure time and leisure time is how to spend the two aspects, through the comparisons of the college students' leisure life style and activity to find out the deficiency existing in college students' leisure life, so as to put forward some pertinent Suggestions, make students reasonable arrangement of leisure life, enhance the capacity of independent, our subjective initiative, to promote college students' physical and mental health development to have certain positive role。 In this paper, through literature survey and the questionnaire survey in two aspects, mainly through the form of questionnaire in full-time undergraduate students of jiangsu normal university as investigation object, the questionnaire survey to obtain data, are analyzed。 Through the survey found that college students' leisure time is more, most of the college students' leisure time is sufficient, leisure life style variety, with the continuous development of society, all kinds of leisure facilities development, provides a place for the college students' leisure life。 However, studies show that college students' leisure life still has certain problem, we have to be considering the problems from this study, from the school, family, social and personal aspects of university students for the college students' leisure life by the analysis of existing problems。
