摘要：为切实推动全国亿万学生阳光体育运动的广泛开展，吸引广大青少年学生走向操场、走进大自然、走到阳光下，积极参加体育锻炼，掀起群众性体育锻炼热潮，简称阳光体育运动。本文通过文献综述法、问卷调查、数理统计法、访谈法等方法，对市川汇区中学阳光体育运动的现状进行调查并提出对策:(1)实现传统与现代教学内容的融合,促进课堂与课外体育活动的协调发展;(2)以实施《国家学生体质健康标准》为主线,建立阳光体育运动长效机制;(3)加强组织与监管,创造良好的舆论氛围,广泛的宣传健康理念;(4)充分利用现有的体育资源,增加体育硬件设施和经费投入,打造“阳光体育运动”优良的外部环境。  关键词：阳光体育运动；现状；影响因素10448

Abstract：Summary in the process of implementing quality education comprehensively, is a means of quality-oriented education of school physical education and sports is part of the school sports, is a continuation of the physical education, only active in extracurricular sports activities, give full play to function of extracurricular sports, quality education, to comprehensively enhance students ' qualities. This through literature summary of law, and questionnaire investigation, and mathematical statistics law, method, on  city Chuanhui District middle school Sun Sports of status for investigation and made countermeasures: (1) achieved traditional and modern teaching content of fusion, classroom and extracurricular sports activities of coordination development; (2) to implementation national students physique health standard under for mainline, established Sun sports long-term mechanism; (3) strengthened organization and regulatory, create good of opinion atmosphere, widely spread health concept; (4) full uses existing of sports resources, Increase investment in sports facilities and funding, to create "sports sunshine" good external  environment.

 中学阳光体育运动开展现状调查引言
阳光体育运动是为了推动全国亿万学生阳光体育运动的广泛开展，吸引广大青少年学生走向操场、走进大自然、走到阳光下，积极参加体育锻炼，掀起群众性体育锻炼热潮。我国青少年体质健康已经到了不容忽视的地步，在教育的整体大环境下，不重视体育教育的问题日益突出。2006年12月召开了第一次全国体育工作会议，在会上教育部、国家体育总局、共青团中央联合发布了《关于开展全国亿万学生阳光体育运动的通知》。为响应中央的号召，阳光体育运动正在全国蓬勃地开展起来。使“每天锻炼一小时，健康工作五十年，幸福生活一辈子”的口号深入人心。
1.研究对象与研究方法
1.1研究对象
    以市川汇区中学阳光体育运动开展现状为研究对象，对其中的6所中学进行调查。川汇区的中学分为高级中学和初级中学。分别抽取3所中学，分别是：第一高级中学、第二高级中学、第三高级中学、第四初级中学、第一初级中学、第五初级中学。再从每个学校中抽取50名学生和3名体育教师作为调查对象，共计300名学生和18名教师。了解市阳光体育开展的现状，进行分析，并提出意见。 阳光体育运动开展现状调查:http://www.youerw.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_9508.html
