幼儿园大班美工区手工活动教师指导的现状

教师加强教育观念的学习,明确自己的角色定位;理论和实践相结合,提高教师的实践观察能力;增加美工区手工活动的学习,改善教师对其认识。以期为大班美工区手工活动教师指导

摘要:手工活动是幼儿园美工区活动中必不可少的活动内容。在美工区手工活动中,教师的指导对幼儿有着不可忽视的作用。本研究选取市区幼儿园大班美工区手工活动教师指导这一视角,以市A幼儿园为例,采用观察法和访谈法对幼儿园大班美工区手工活动教师指导的现状进行研究。发现其存在的问题,如美工区手工活动的实施过程中教师指导大多数是由教师发起的,幼儿发起较少;手工活动中语言指导方式以讲解的方式为主,动作指导方式以协助操作为主;教师在内容上对物体造型的指导居多,创造力较少;指导形式以集体指导为主,小组和个别指导较少。并针对问题提出相应的解决对策,如教师加强教育观念的学习,明确自己的角色定位;理论和实践相结合,提高教师的实践观察能力;增加美工区手工活动的学习,改善教师对其认识。以期为大班美工区手工活动教师指导这一问题的改善提供一定的参考和借鉴。

The Situation A the Top Class in a Kindergarten Art Craft Activities Teacher Guide

 Abstract:Manual activity is essential activities in kindergarten art district activities。 In art area manual activities, the guidance of teachers play a nonnegligible role on children。This study selected the city the top class in a kindergarten art area manual activity as example and adopt the method of observation and interview to studying the top class in a kindergarten art area the status to find its existing problems, such as in the process of the implementation,art area manual is mostly launched by teachers, children are less initiated; language guide way in manual activity is mainly the interpreting;the form of Teachers' guidance in the objects modeling in the content is less creativity; guidance form is mainly with collective guidance and group and inpidual guidance is less。According to the problem,this paper put forward corresponding strategies, such as teacher strengthens the study of education idea and teachers clear his role; the practice of the combine theory and practice to improve teachers' guidance ability; increase learning art area manual activities is to improve teachers' understanding of it。 For the improvement of the top class in a kindergarten art area manual activity under the guidance of teachers provides certain reference and reference。
