摘要:用餐活动是幼儿园一日生活中不可缺少的部分,其渗透了丰富的教育价值。教师有效地组织用餐活动可以使幼儿养成良好的饮食习惯,满足幼儿生长发育的需要。鉴于此,本文通过文献法、观察法和访谈法,从教师组织幼儿用餐前、用餐时、用餐后这三方面的情况进行分析,并提出教师要注意卫生习惯,创设良好的进餐环境;运用多种方式,稳定幼儿用餐情绪;运用生动的语言,激发幼儿的食欲;及时了解幼儿,正确看待幼儿的个体差异;运用合理的方式,营造宽松的进餐环境;利用区域活动,发挥幼儿的自主性,从而改进用餐活动中存在的问题,促进幼儿身心健康的发展。83113

An Analysis of the Current Situation of Preschool Teachers' Organization in Dining Activities
—Take A Kindergarten in Zhoukou City as an Example
Abstract: Dining activity is an indispensable part of the daily life in kindergarten and is of abundant educational value。 An effective organization dining activity can help children develop good eating habits and meet the needs of children's growth and development。 Based on this idea, this article employs the literature method, observation method and interview method and analyzes the idea from three aspects ,including teachers organizations for pre-dinner activities, dining activity and postprandial activities, and finally puts forward that teachers must pay attention to hygiene and create a good dining environment; The stability of various ways can enable children to have favorable dinner mood。 Besides, teachers can use vivid language to stimulate the children’s appetite。 Timely understanding children can help to correctly treat children's inpidual differences。 The comfortable dining environment should be created in a reasonable way。 Regional activities can also be used to stimulate the autonomy of children for the purpose of solving the problem in the dining activities and promote the physical and mental development of children。

教师组织中班幼儿用餐活动的现状分析
一、合理组织幼儿用餐的重要性
进餐为幼儿身体发育提供了充足的营养,是幼儿生活学习的物质前提。而进餐活动又是幼儿一日生活中的重要生活环节,它关系到幼儿的营养摄入和健康发育,也直接影响幼儿活动的积极性和保证其旺盛的精力。[1]在幼儿用餐环节中,保育的重点在于保证幼儿愉快而适量的进餐。《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》指出:“合理安排餐点,帮助幼儿养成定点、定时、定量进餐的习惯”。[2]同时,根据幼儿身心发展的特点,注意幼儿进餐间隔时间不要超过三到四小时,用餐时间不得少于30分钟。[3]只有教师合理组织安排幼儿进餐,才能满足幼儿生长发育的需求,促进幼儿的身体健康发展。论文网 教师组织中班幼儿用餐活动的现状分析:http://www.youerw.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_97775.html
