摘要科技创新是强国的必经之路，科技与金融的有效结合,是保证宏观经济健康运行的重要前提。在此背景下，本文以浙江省科技金融投入产出效率为研究对象，立足于对浙江省科技金融的投入产出现状和影响因素的分析，通过各类统计年鉴搜集相关投入产出数据，运用数据包络分析法对浙江省科技金融投入产出效率进行实证分析。从而判断浙江省科技金融投入与产出结构是否合理，运行是否有效等。分析结果表明浙江省科技金融在全国范围还是属于发展比较好的，但相对于广东，江苏，北京等省份来说在投入产出效率上还是存在一定差距。对此，本文根据分析中发现的问题分别从金融市场，政府，科技型企业三大角度提出了相应的意见与建议，旨在提升浙江省科技金融投入产出效率，拓宽融资渠道，促进科技成果转化，使浙江省经济发展走上创新驱动，高效发展之路。88369
Science and Technology Innovation is the the only way to enhance the national strength of country。 Under this circumstances,this paper takes Zhejiang province Technology Finance input-output efficiency as the research object,based on the analysis of the present circumstances of the input-output of Technology Finance in Zhejiang Province, collects relevant input-output data through various statistical yearbooks,uses the empirical analysis on the input-output efficiency of Technology Finance in Zhejiang province by data envelopment analysis。To judge whether the input of Technology Finance in Zhejiang Province and the output structure are sufficient and the structure is reasonable。 The results show that the Technology Finance in the Zhejiang Province is still well developed in the whole country, but there are still some differences in the input-output efficiency compared with the provinces of Guangdong, Jiangsu and Beijing。In this paper, ,based on the problems by analysis, the paper puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions from the three aspects of financial market, government and science and technology enterprises, so as to enhance the input-output efficiency of science and technology in Zhejiang Province, broaden the financing channels and promote scientific and technological achievements transformation, so that Zhejiang Province economic development goes on innovation-driven and the way of efficient development。
