摘要当前，网络已经越来越影响到了人们的日常学习生活，网络在自身迅速发展的同时，也不断在广泛宣传着网络公益文化、创新新型的参与公益方式。腾讯公司一直积极主动地承担企业社会责任，努力为社会搭建更加科学、合理的网络捐赠平台，并在自己搭建的网络捐赠平台上积极推广公益事业。本文研究所选择的“腾讯公益”新型网络捐赠平台主要是以月捐、乐捐、公益活动、微爱、筑梦新村、筑德基金等为主要板块、适应社会发展的公益性慈善捐赠平台，它的建立和完善有助于推动整个社会传统慈善方式的转变，有助于将互联网上过于无序化、分散化的募捐方式转变为有组织、有效率的募捐方式，为整个社会的“人人可公益，民众齐参与”的全平台公益提供一种可能的、低成本实现途径。因此，本文将选择这一极具慈善资源聚集力的平台作为典型案例，应用文献研究法、个案研究法，正确、系统地剖析这一新型网络慈善捐赠平台的运作理念、优劣势等，总结优势，发现问题，并最终提出改进建议，从而为我国新型网络慈善捐赠平台持续、健康的发展提供一定的参考借鉴。23543
