摘要蔬菜价格大幅波动引起广泛关注，与居民日常生活息息相关。本文以浙江省蔬菜价格为 研究对象，研究了蔬菜价格的波动特征以及影响因素。采用多元线性回归模型，分析了生产 成本、运输成本、居民收入以及相关商品价格变动对蔬菜价格的影响程度。实证发现，化肥 的使用、蛋类食品价格上涨促进蔬菜价格下降，而油价的提高促进蔬菜价格的上涨。建议： 丰富市场菜品供应，加大科研投入，关注油价变动，推进物联网技术在蔬菜产销流通环节的 普及，并在市场上提供低特价蔬菜来稳定蔬菜市场价格。89124

Significant fluctuations in vegetable prices cause widespread concern  and are closely related to the daily life of residents。In this paper, the price of vegetables in Zhejiang Province as the object of study,and the fluctuation characteristics of vegetable prices and the influencing factors were studied。 The effect of production cost, transportation cost,resident income and the price of related products on vegetable price fluctuation were analyzed by multiple linear regression model。Empirical evidence found that the use of fertilizer,the rise of egg-food price will promote the decline of vegetable prices,but the rice of oil price would boost vegetable prices。Recommendation: enriching market food supply,increasing investment in scientific research,concerning changes of oil price,promoting the popularization of Internet of Things technology in the circulation of vegetable,and providing low-priced vegetables in the market to stabilize the vegetable prices。
