我国私募基金发展现状及对策研究

摘要

随着中国经济开放度的不断提高和金融市场的逐步深化，我国社会经济结构层次日益多元化，金融市场上对于金融投资工具的多样化需求增长迅速，特别是以资产保值增值为目的的委托理财业务近年来备受关注，私募基金因其操作灵活性、专业性以及利益一致性、追求绝对回报等优点受投资者广泛青睐，尤其在近几年，我国私募基金业处于一个快速成长期，现已成为国内金融市场上一股不可忽视的重要力量。但由于我国法律及相关配套体系不够完善，国内私募基金市场体系尚未形成，在监管和自身运行方面仍存在较大的缺陷。因此，本文通过对我国私募基金的发展现状和国内监管情况的分析，对我国私募基金的发展、监管等现实难题进行了梳理，在此基础上分析我国私募基金现在存在的问题，提炼相关建议以促进私募行业健康有序的发展。85289
