江苏省太仓市德资企业发展中存在的问题与对策分析

摘要：太仓是德国工商界著名的中国德资企业最密集地区之一，目前已汇集了230 多家德资企业，太仓的德资企业不仅占地少，资源消耗率低，而且贡献率很高，形成了以精密机械加工、电子制造、轻工业为主体产业的先进制造业基地。太仓也因此成为德国企业在华投资发展最好、企业聚集程度最高、产出效益最大的地区之一，由此获得了“中国德企之乡”的美誉。本文对德资企业在太仓的发展状况进行研究和分析，指出太仓德资企业想要进一步发展所面临的劳动力成本上升、企业群而不聚、缺乏规模型企业和高端技术人才缺失等问题，从多个角度进行深层次的探究它的形成原因，并提出改善现状的对策。85589

Abstract：Taicang is one of the most densely German enterprises region, has gathered more than 230 German companies, the German enterprises in Taicang have the advantages as covering an area of less, consuming less resources, and the contribution rate is very high, formed by precision machinery processing, electronic manufacturing, light industry as the mainstay industry of advanced manufacturing industry base。 This makes Taicang become one of the best area, which German enterprises have the best development, the highest density, the most obvious economic benefits, and got the “Township of German Enterprises” title。 This paper, through the study of the development present situation of German enterprises in Taicang,,and points out that the German enterprise have the problems with rising labor costs, industry dispersion and unclear pision,and lack of scale enterprise,high-end technical talent, in-depth exploration of its causes, and explored the countermeasures。

1 引言
