绿色贸易壁垒下苏州纺织品出口分析

摘要：纺织业是苏州传统六大支柱产业之一，其出口量与出口额不仅在全国名列前茅，也是苏州出口创汇的重要支撑。本文通过分析纺织品中绿色贸易壁垒的种类、主要内容及对苏州纺织品出口的影响，得出目前苏州纺织品出口利润率下降，进入欧盟等发达国家市场举步维艰的结论。最后从政府、行业、企业三个角度出发，有针对性地提出各种对策，力求提高苏州纺织品出口企业技术水平与环保意识，调整产业结构，扩大出口市场，对有效摆脱苏州纺织品出口近年来发展缓慢，甚至负增长的窘境具有重要意义。 85713

Abstract: The textile industry is one of the six traditional pillar industries in suzhou。

Its volume and amount export are not only at the top of the country but also an important support for suzhou export。 Through the analysis of the green trade barriers, the main content and the impact on suzhou textile exports can conclude that the rate of porift of suzhou textile export enterprise is falling and hard to have a access to developed countries。 Meanwhile, from the view of government, industry and enterprise to come up with all kinds of strategies and it will help raise the level of enterprise technology and environmental awareness and adjust the industrial structure and expand the export market。 All of above are of great significance for the suzhou textile export to get rid of the awkward situation that the development of suzhou textile exports has been slow and even negative in recent years。
