摘 要：产业结构的演化对经济的发展有着重要的影响，根据其演化特点针对性的制定区域政策，能够更好的促进区域经济发展。本文采用SSM分析法和产业结构评价体系，探索了1990年到2015年江苏省产业结构的演化进程，结果表明：①江苏省第一产业存在着大量的剩余劳动力，应将第一产业的剩余劳动力向二、三产业转移。②江苏省三次产业均存在内部结构单一的问题，有产业集中现象。③江苏省第一产业所占据的地位不断下滑，第二产业虽有一定地位，但重心逐渐向第三产业转移，第三产业开始占居主导地位。在此基础上提出产业结构优化对策，以期为政府宏观调控产业结构提供借鉴。93461

Abstract：The evolution of the industrial structure has a crucial impact on the development of the economy,it can be better to promote regional economic development according to its evolution characteristics of the development of targeted regional policy。 In this paper,the industrial structure evaluation index and SSM analysis method are used to explore the evolution of industrial structure in Jiangsu Province from 1990 to 2015。The results show that: ①There is a lot of surplus labor in the primary industry, the surplus labor force in the primary industry should be transferred to the second and third industries。 ②The internal structure of the three industries are more single in Jiangsu Province, there is a concentrated phenomenon of industrial structure。 ③The status of the first industry in Jiangsu Province is gradually weakening,the secondary industry occupy a certain position,but the focus of the industrial structure gradually is shifted to the tertiary industry,the tertiary industry began to occupy the dominant position。 On this basis,the paper puts forward the countermeasures of industrial structure optimization,with a view to provide reference for the government's macro-control industrial structure。来自优O尔P论R文T网WWw.YoueRw.com 加QQ7520`18766

1 引言
