摘要：中小型企业是推动国民经济发展，促进社会稳定的基础力量之一。它可以促进市场良性竞争、促进我国经济发展以及创造一定的劳动就业岗位等积极作用，是我国当今发展社会主义市场经济所不可或缺的一方面。但由于中小型企业规模小、管理水平有限、资本少等自身弊端以及国家宏观经济政策的不断变化影响等外部因素，使其在日益激烈的市场竞争中愈发举步维艰。这也导致人们对于中小企业有了一定的误解，认为其没有更多的发展价值空间，但事实并非如此。本文通过对案例公司-罗莱生活的融资情况的现状进行介绍，从而分析案例公司在融资过程中遇到的问题以及其相应的应对策略，旨在为家纺行业其他中小型企业的融资问题提供相应的借鉴。最终实现激发中小企业的生产活力，助其摆脱发展艰难的困境，转变滞后性，使其重焕新生，把中小型企业打造成为我国经济发展的新兴生力军。

Abstract：Small and medium-sized enterprises are one of the basic forces that promote the development of the national economy and promote social stability.
