摘 要：在全球变暖的趋势下，我国对新能源产业越发关注，新能源产业得到巨大的发展。常州市传统化石，煤炭等能源资源十分紧缺，能源消耗量每年不断增加，发展新能源产业迫在眉睫。本文从常州市新能源产业发展现状入手，发现新能源产业存在产业结构发展不平衡，市场机制不完善，资金不充足，创新实力不足，政策落实不到位这些问题，面对这些问题提出切实可行的对策。70891
Abstract：Under global warming, China's new energy industry attracts more and more attention, new energy industry has been in a huge development. Changzhou traditional fossil, coal and other energy resources are very scarce, energy consumption increased every year, develop new energy industry is urgent. The article start from the current situation of industrial development in Changzhou’s new energy, find that the industrial structure of the new energy industry is unbalanced, the market mechanism is not perfect, funding is inadequate, innovation is not enough, the policy is not suitable, In order to solve the problem, we put forward practicable countermeasures to these problems.

1 引言
我国的经济发展十分迅速，对能源的需求量也是逐年增加，能源问题已成为经济发展中的大问题，发展新能源产业势在必行。常州市能源资源主要有油页岩、煤和地热。煤炭因质量未达开采条件，无开采价值；油页岩暂无开发价值；地热资源丰富，有矿产地2处，在溧阳火山断陷盆地和金坛新生代断凸内，随着开采量的增加，能源资源日益紧缺，而常州市经济正在快速发展中，能源消耗量越来越多，面对这一问题，发展新能源产业刻不容缓。本文主要从常州市新能源产业的发展现状入手，了解到常州市拥有风力发电装备、光伏发电、新能源汽车等具体产业，发现在其发展过程中，出现了产业结构发展不平衡，产业市场机制不完善，产业投资资金不充足，政府配套政策不到位，自主创新能力不强劲等问题，提出了调整产业结构，健全市场机制，加大投资力度，落实政府政策，提高研发能力等对策。文献综述 常州市新能源产业发展问题及对策研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_80378.html
